César Acuña 2026 is the official presidential campaign platform, built with cutting-edge technology. I created an immersive portal that integrates an AI chatbot, dynamic works management, and an award-winning interactive design.

As Lead Frontend Architect, I was responsible for implementing advanced animations with GSAP and Framer Motion, performance optimization in Next.js 15, and full PWA support.

The platform supports over 100K monthly visitors with perfect Core Web Vitals, positioning in Google's Top 3 and offering a native mobile experience.

01. AI without Heavy Backend

Implementation of ChatView with local state management and client-side JSON parsing of the plan, eliminating recurring AI backend costs.

02. Animations at Scale

Use of GSAP ScrollTrigger and CSS `will-change` for complex on-scroll animations, maintaining 60 FPS even on mid-range mobile devices.

03. Bundle Optimization

Aggressive code splitting and lazy loading of A/B routes, achieving an initial bundle of <150KB for instant loads.
