MollyIA is now in the Microsoft Store: transcribe Zoom, Meet, and Teams meetings without bots
MollyIA, IA Systems & Data’s app for transcribing meetings on your PC, can now be installed from the Microsoft Store. What it does, what happens to your audio, and why it doesn’t need a bot in the call.

MollyIA is now available in the Microsoft Store (see the listing).
It’s the app we built at IA Systems & Data to transcribe Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams meetings on your own PC. It doesn’t add bots to the call: it listens to the meeting audio and your microphone, and transcribes live.
When you hang up, it leaves you with:
- Who spoke: with the browser extension, it picks up the names from the meeting; without it, it tells the voices apart.
- A summary with decisions and tasks, plus your tasks from every meeting in one place.
- Screenshots of the shared screen: it saves each slide that changes and, on Windows, its text as well.
- Export to PDF or Word, or as text ready to paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or NotebookLM.
On privacy: the audio never leaves your computer, and neither do summaries made with the local model (Ollama). If you prefer the cloud, you can turn on Claude; in that case, only the meeting text is sent.
It comes with a 7-day free trial and also works on Mac (learn more).
What’s hardest for you when documenting your meetings: taking notes, remembering who said what, or following up on tasks?
