01 · The challenge

Explaining a government program to law students and graduates.

Universidad César Vallejo's School of Law and Political Science needed a page on its national website explaining SECIGRA Law, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights program for final-year students and graduates without a degree: who can take part, what the schedule is like, what benefits it offers and which rules govern it.

02 · What we did

An informational page inside the Angular site.

We built the page as one more section of UCV's national website, made with Angular 19 and server-side rendering: the content arrives complete in the HTML and shares the site's header, menu and footer.

The information comes in short blocks: a hero with links to the requirements and regulations, requirements by profile, duration and schedule in four steps, seven benefits, where it takes place, certification and legal basis.

03 · Features

What it includes

  • Requirements by profile

Students from their final year and graduates without a degree, each with its own condition.

  • Duration and schedule

One-year term, Monday-to-Friday schedule and a July break, explained in four steps.

  • Program benefits

Seven benefits, from hands-on work at public institutions to official certification and a monthly stipend.

  • Where it takes place

The public entities and institutions that host the participants.

  • Certification

What participants receive at the end, with the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights certificate.

  • Regulations and legal basis

Download of the regulations and the three laws that govern the program.

04 · How we built it

Stack and architecture

  • Angular 19
  • TypeScript
  • Angular SSR
Frontend
A page of UCV's national website in Angular 19 and TypeScript.
Infrastructure
Angular server-side rendering: the content arrives complete in the HTML.
Interaction
Hero buttons that jump to the requirements and download the regulations.
05 · Technical challenges

What we solved

  1. Readable regulatory content

Organizing requirements, schedule, benefits and legal basis into short blocks without losing the precision of the regulations.

  2. Inside an existing site

Adding the page to the Angular national website while keeping its header, navigation and server-side rendering.
