Centralizing an organization's daily operations in a single system.
The organization needed to bring together and streamline its operational and administrative processes: verifying its members' admissions and payments, communicating with them and organizing its activities and events.
A dashboard with roles, payments, chat and QR codes.
We developed a dashboard with real-time data, role and permission control for administrative staff, and an admissions and payments verification module that scans member IDs and QR codes.
We added a real-time internal chat, bulk and personalized notifications and emails, and an interactive calendar to publish offers, activities and events.
